Saskatchewan grows 90 per cent of the nation’s pulses for export or 35 per cent of the global pulse trade. Pulse crops grown in the province include lentils, peas, chickpeas, beans, and faba beans. Saskatchewan grows more pulses than anywhere else in Canada and Regina is at the center of the action!
