One of the reasons we chose the Warehouse District for our business is that we are centrally located, closer to the downtown core. Our corner of Dewdney Avenue and Broad Street has over 40,000 vehicles per day pass by, so the visibility is great for us. Major vehicular arteries bring people to this district quite easily. And since we live just the other side of Albert Street in the Cathedral Area, the commute is only 5 minutes by car and within a nice walking distance through downtown or along Dewdney Avenue, which will be even better when the city re-develops the former railroad yard along Dewdney in the Warehouse District.
