Carmen Leibel
Carmen is a strategist, problem-solver and unapologetic get-it-done person with more than 35 years of experience spanning business, government, consulting and community development.
As Director of Operations for Regina’s Warehouse District, she works where big ideas meet real-world execution- placemaking, events, partnerships, operations, and the occasional slightly crazy idea that might just work.
Carmen holds a Business degree from the University of Regina, a Certificate of Visual Design from the University of Calgary, a Prairie Horticulture Certificate from the University of Saskatchewan, is a Master Gardener, and an elected municipal councillor.
She lives on an acreage outside Regina, where there is usually a garden bed being expanded, something being built, an event being plotted or another big idea taking shape.
