Pam Malach
Pam is a connector, collaborator, and community champion who turns vision into strategy- and strategy into rubber-meets-the-road execution. As Executive Director of Regina’s Warehouse Business Improvement District, she works at the intersection of people, place, and purpose, bringing together businesses, governments, and partners to move good ideas from “what if” to “let’s go.”
Her career spans municipal administration, provincial government, and consulting, giving her a rare ability to cut through complexity, create clarity, and build meaningful relationships. Pam is known for her steady confidence, her fierce determination, and a genuine smile that warms any room.
When she’s not moving mountains at work, you’ll find her camping with the family- relaxing on the beach, floating on the lake, enjoying a campfire, or watching the stars.
